6/15 Update: We are currently working with Epic Games to be granted permission to run private Fortnite tournaments. We hope to receive permission this week, at which time we will open up registration for our summer league. We will email all players from our spring league when registration for the summer league opens. If you did not participate in our spring league but want to be kept up to date, you can subscribe to our mailing list. Thanks!

Frequently Asked Questions

Cincy E-Leagues offers online gaming leagues for 5th - 12th graders who play on PS4 and XBox game consoles. We are initially offering leagues for FIFA 20, Madden NFL 20, and NBA 2K20 but plan on expanding our offering for our summer league to include games such as Rocket League and Fortnite which can be played on any game console.

We are looking to launch our summer season some time in June. We will be announcing new games and formats for our summer league so stay tuned for more information!

Cost is $20 per player per league (players can participate in multiple leagues) and this includes a 10 game schedule and a post-season tournament. Get started by filling out our online registration form during our open registration period.

Once the registration period is closed, we will review all players registered and assign them to divisions based on game console (for game console specific games such as Madden NFL 20 or NBA 2K20), game, and grade group (5th-8th or high school). We will then create matchups between players. For our summer season, players will be scheduled to play 10 games over the course of 3 weeks. Week 4 is tournament week! Game times will be scheduled for all games in the 5th-8th grade league. If a player is unable to play at the scheduled time, they must reach out to their opponent via their gaming console and agree on a new time to play.

You have two options ... either email them through our web site from the My Games page or get in touch with them on your game console. The My Games page will allow you to send your opponent a private email (based on the email they used to register themselves on our web site). Opponents can communicate back and forth that way. We do not show player emails for privacy concerns. Secondly, you can get on your game console and invite your opponent to play knowing their gamer id. Please make sure the account on your game console is setup to do this.

While we gather information such as player name, cell phone, email, and school grade during our registration period, the only information that will be available to others on our web site is the gamer id for your player. This id is needed to keep standings and schedule games. Players will contact each other via a contact form on our web site (via email) but email addresses are not shared with opponents. Ultimately players will get together online via their gamer ids (XBox gamer tag or PS4 user id).

First, login to your account. Then click on the My Games link at the top of the web site. There is a score button next to each game that you can click on to report your score.
